Checking your male skin care order is quick, easy and fuss free.  Simply go to the orders and returns link at the bottom of every MaleSkin online page and follow the on-screen instructions.  From here, you will be prompted for your order number and e-mail address.  Our sales team continually stay on top of all order processes, giving you the most accurate picture of the current status of your order.

Amending My MaleSkin Order

We strive to make amending your male skin care order as quick and hassle free as possible.  Due to the varying nature of different customers order amendment requests, please contact our sales team with your request along with your order number and we guarantee a response within 12 hours, although usually within 2.  Please note:  If your item has already been despatched from our facility your skincare order must be dealt with as an exchange.

Canceling My Mens Grooming Order

Canceling your order with MaleSkin could not be simpler.  However, first you must ensure that your order has not been despatched (see help topic ‘Checking My Orders Status).  If your order has been despatched all order cancellations must be dealt with as a return.  If, however, your male skin care order has yet to be despatched, please contact our sales team stating that you wish to cancel your order and please remember to include your order number.  One of our dedicated and helpful Customer Care Agents will ensure a full refund is processed within 12 hours.  Please allow up to five working days for your funds to be credited back to your method of payment.

Returning and Exchanging Your Male Skin Care

Returns Policy

In a bid to drive ultimate customer satisfaction, all items purchased from MaleSkin may be returned to us within 28 days in exchange for a full refund.  This 100% money back guarantee mirrors the belief and confidence we have in all of our skin care for men products as we guarantee only the best mens grooming products are made available to our loyal customers.  All refunds can take up to 5 working days to be credited back to your payment method. 

Please note:  The removal of cellophane, continual usage or physical damaging of any product or its packaging may seriously harm the possibility of our quality control department granting a full refund.  However, this is in extremely rare circumstances

Please also note:  MaleSkin cannot be held responsible for the loss or damaging of skincare products for men during their return to us.  Therefore, we recommend using secure packaging and using a curriers tracked service. 

Exchange Policy

Our customers are the single most important thing to us.  Due to the potential complexity of getting your grooming routine just right, we understand that sometimes customers may wish to exchange items purchased via our online male skin care store.  Therefore, we have attempted to make the process of an exchange as easy and as customer friendly as possible. 

Firstly, please contact us stating your original MaleSkin order number along with your new desired products.  Secondly, return your goods back to our FREEPOST address, which will be given in a response by us, confirming that your new products have been allocated to you.  Thirdly, securely return your skin care products back to us and await our contact.

Please note:  The removal of any cellophane, damaging of any packaging or clear use of any product may seriously restrict the possibility of our quality control team being able to grant you a complete exchange.  Under these very rare circumstances your original goods will be sent back to you and as a result, an exchange will not be able to take place.

Upon receipt of your goods back to our premises and after their quality inspection, one of our devoted and customer friendly sales team will deal with your exchange as a matter of priority.  If your requested exchange results in a positive credit being owed to you, please allow up to 5 working days for the difference to be credited back to your original payment method.  If however, your requested exchange results in a balance being owed by you, we will send you a link in order for you to complete this payment and the overall transaction.

Please note:  MaleSkin reserve the right to hold any goods until full payment has been made, if funds are owed by a consumer after an exchange of goods request.

Please also note:  None of our customers will be liable for any additional postage costs incurred by your products exchange and if you were entitled to a free gift due to the value of your original order, this does not have to be returned along with your exchanged goods.

Skin Care For Men Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs for my mens skin care?

Our standard delivery charge for orders under £30.00 is £2.95.  For orders over £30.00, no shipping charge will be applied at our checkout.

How long will it take for my skincare to arrive after I place my order?

Goods are always dispatched the same day as order placement (before 3pm).  For orders after 3pm, goods will be dispatched the following working day.  Our currier advises two to three working days for the delivery of their parcels, however, in most cases it is only two.  Therefore, please allow between 48 and 72 for the delivery of your items to you within the UK after initial order placement.

Can I have my male skin care shipped for the following day?

As we strive to provide all of our customers with unparalleled customer service, you can have your goods despatched to you on a next day shipment.  In this case, please contact our sales team at: info@maleskin.co.uk, quoting your order number and request and we will do all we can to get your parcel despatched for a following day shipment.  Please note: There may be extra postage costs incurred from this request.

What should I do if I have not received my male skin care?

If you have not received your goods within five working days (within the UK) please contact our friendly sales team and we will assist you in locating your goods whereabouts with the assistance of our courier. 

Can skin care products be shipped outside of the United Kingdom?

Absolutely!  However, please bear in mind the current exchange rate, extended shipping time and increased postage costs incurred if you wish to have your order sent outside of the UK.  A full list of countries we ship to along with a breakdown of their cost can be found on our Skin Care Delivery page.  Simply follow our checkout and select from our drop down menu, your chosen country of destination.
